J+J Flooring Hosts Retirement Event for David Jolly

Dalton GA, March 13, 1018-J+J Flooring hosted a retirement party for outgoing president David Jolly, who is retiring from the firm at the end of this week.

Jolly, the grandson of one of the founders, joined the firm in 1991 after graduating from Clemson University and serving as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army. Jolly took the president role in 2006.

The event was held at the Dalton Country Club.
J+J Flooring was founded in 1957 and sold to Engineered Floors two years ago.

James Lesslie has been tapped to lead both J+J Flooring and EF Contract (formerly known as Bolyu).

As Jolly steps into retirement, he plans to pursue earning a pilots license for fixed wing aircraft. One of the gifts Jolly received at the event was a wooden airplane propeller.
