H.B. Fuller Reports Higher Income, Sales

St. Paul, MN, Jan. 19, 2017 -- H.B. Fuller reported that fourth quarter net income was $39.1 million, or $0.76 per share, versus $25.0 million, or $0.49 per share, in last year’s fourth quarter.

Net revenue for the quarter was $574.9 million, up 4.9 percent versus the fourth quarter of 2015.

Higher volume/mix and an extra week increase net revenue by 7.8 percentage points.

“We delivered double digit sales growth in Engineering Adhesives, we dramatically improved the EIMEA margin profile and we returned to volume growth in Americas Adhesives," said Jim Owens, H.B. Fuller president and chief executive officer, in a news release.

Net income for the year was $124.1 million, or $2.42 per diluted share.
