Atlanta, GA, Dec. 23--Mary Docker, former CEO of Amtico, has launched her own brand called Halo Floors.
The company offers a wide range of architectural resilient flooring targeted primarily toward the commercial marketplace.
"Once I knew what I wanted, I searched the world for a manufacturer that could make the product," Docker said. Eventually, she found the right fit on the island of Formosa. "This manufacturer's emphasis on quality not only meets my requirements but it also focuses on the customers' needs and has a willingness to try new things," she said.
Halo Floors is launching with more than 100 designs that encompass wood and stone visuals along with "something different," a line of specialty products. The tiles are 1/8" thick, meet all necessary ASTM and ADA standards and offer a 15-year commercial warranty against wear. According to Docker, the quality of the print and clarity of wearlayer are exceptional at an affordable price.
