Dixie Considering Purchase of Dyeing Plant

Chattanooga, TN, Sept. 12, 2012 -- The Dixie Group is contemplating the purchase of a continuous dyeing facility owned by Milliken & Co. in Calhoun, Georgia.

Dixie said it is conducting due diligence on the potential acquisition and is nearing a decision.
