Connor Sports & Sport Court Provide Flooring for Warrior Games

Chicago, IL, September 7, 2017-Connor Sports and Sport Court-brands of the flooring manufacturer, Gerflor-supported the nation’s military members at the 2017 Department of Defense Warrior Games held this summer in Chicago, Illinois.

The Warrior Games, a multi-sport event for wounded, injured, or ill service personnel and veterans, had a need for portable competition surfaces for the sitting volleyball and wheelchair basketball teams. Gerflor’s Connor Sports and Sport Court brands provided the event with the perfect partner.

Sitting volleyball players bumped, set and spiked on Sport Court’s premium Maple Select surface at McCormick Place and the championship round at the United Center. Wheelchair basketball players shot threes and dropped dimes on Connor’s top-level QuickLock portable courts also at McCormick Place and the United Center on the same quality first-grade maple courts that NBA franchises and top college basketball programs use.
