Armstrong to Sell Lancaster Distribution Center

Lancaster, PA, July 25—-Armstrong World Industries is offering its flooring distribution center on Spooky Nook Road for sale. The vacant 600,000-square-foot building, outside Landisville, is being listed for sale by CB Richard Ellis, according to the Lancaster New Era. Neither Armstrong nor the Realtor is publicly disclosing its asking price. Armstrong last fall shifted the storage and distribution activities done there to its Dillerville Road distribution center, as it downsizes its floor manufacturing here.
