Shaw Recognized for Training and Selling Programs

Dalton, Georgia, February 18, 2013—Shaw Industries has again been recognized by Training magazine as one of its annual “Training Top 125” training companies. Shaw was the first floor covering manufacturer to earn a place on the publication’s awards list in 2005 and has made the list for the past nine years in a row.

Training magazine’s Training Top 125 ranks companies’ excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs. The rankings for the 125 leading organizations will be announced during an awards ceremony at the Training 2013 Conference & Expo, to be held February 18 to 20 in Orlando.

Shaw has also been recognized by Selling Power magazine as one of the “50 Best Companies to Sell for Now.” Shaw has made this prestigious list every year since 2001, the first year the magazine created its rankings. The magazine identifies and ranks the best companies to sell for among the largest sales forces in the country, companies typically with 500 or more sales people.
