Ralph Grogan Named President and CEO of BPS

City of Industry, CA, Jan. 15, 2013 -- Bentley Prince Street has named Ralph Grogan president and chief executive officer, effective immediately.

Grogan brings more than 30 years of experience in the carpet industry, having served in senior management positions with several carpet manufacturers, including chief operating officer of Tandus Flooring, where he led the integration of Tandus' three product brands.

Most recently, Grogan served as vice president of business development and strategy for Antron, the carpet fiber brand for Invista Surfaces. He also served as president of Monterey Carpets, president of Burlington House Floor Accents and vice president and general manager of Lees Carpets.

Dominus Capital is the majority owner of Bentley Prince Street. Grogan and Dominus Capital board member Mac Bridger worked together at Tandus from 2002 to 2006, when Grogan served as COO and Bridger as CEO and president.
