Mohawk Names National Retailers of Year

Dalton, GA, Dec. 21, 2012 -- Mohawk has named the recipients of its National Retailer of the Year awards, which recognizes the top-performing retailer for both its ColorCenter and Floorscapes aligned retailer programs.

Robb Trott and Mike Leonard of Carpet Dimensions in Willingboro, N.J., claimed the  ColorCenter top honor, while Larry Flick of The Floor Store in Richmond, Calif. was named Floorscapes Retailer of the Year.

Carpet Dimensions opened its doors 23 years ago and Trott and Leonard, bought the business in 1999. Carpet Dimensions became a Mohawk ColorCenter retailer that same year.

Flick, owner of The Floor Store, has been in the retail flooring business for over 30 years. He became a Mohawk Floorscapes retailer in 1999. The Floor Store has six locations and is about to open a seventh.
