Interface To Redeem Senior Notes

Atlanta, GA, Oct. 11, 2013 -– Interface has decided to redeem $27.5 million in aggregate principal amount of its 7 5/8% senior notes due 2018 at 103% of the principal amount plus accrued interest.

The redemption date is Nov. 27. It will cost the company roughly $29.4 million to redeem the notes.
