House Prices Rise in November

Washington, DC, Jan. 23, 2013 -- House prices rose 0.6% in November, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency's monthly house-price index.

Compared with November a year ago, prices are up 5.6%, according to the index, which is based on data from Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac mortgages.
