H.B. Fuller Reports Higher Revenues, Income

St. Paul, MN, Jan. 18, 2013 -- H.B. Fuller Company reported fourth quarter net income from continuing operations of $25.0 million, or $0.49 per share, versus $22.2 million, or $0.45 per share a year ago.

Net revenue for the quarter was $513.3 million, up 27.85 over the previous year. However, excluding revenue from the purchase of Forbo's adhesives business, revenue was flat.
 
For the year, the company said it achieved record net revenue and adjusted earnings per share from continuing operations.
