'Good News' Publisher Bob Waugh Dies

Canton, GA, Feb. 20, 2013 -- Robert Lawson Waugh, Sr., 78, died Thursday, Feb. 14.
 
Waugh was well known in the carpet industry. He was a business owner and international marketing and sales consultant to the industry for 36 years. He published the newsletter Good News for Flooring Retailers and was an advocate for Stainmaster products.

His newsletters also contained nuggets of wisdom from celebrities and others, such as Dr. Seuss's "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened."
