St. Louis, MO, Oct. 16, 2012 -- The National Wood Flooring Association said that Howard Putnum, former CEO of Southwest Airlines, will be the keynote speaker at its 2013 Wood Flooring Expo.
The event will be held April 2-5 in Dallas at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center.
Putnum will speak on Wednesday, April 3 about how Southwest Airlines rose to the top of the airline industry through providing an outstanding experience for its customers. He will show attendees how to build a culture where people come first, and how that culture can increase the bottom line.
The keynote session is free to all registered attendees of the Wood Flooring Expo.
