Durable Goods Orders Fall in May
Washington, DC, June 25, 2014 -- Less defense spending resulted in a drop in durable goods orders in May, according to the Commerce Department.

Overall, orders fell a seasonally adjusted 1.0% last month after a revised 0.8% gain in April.
Excluding defense, orders for durable goods rose 0.6% in May.
