Domotex Asia Expected To Draw 1,200 Exhibitors

Shanghai, China, Feb. 22, 2013 -- Domotex-Asia-Chinafloor, the world’s second largest floor covering show, is expected to draw 1,200 exhibitors March 26-28.

In its 15th annual show, the show continues to place emphasis on innovation and diversity of products while providing exposure to China’s giant floor covering and construction markets.

Eight international country pavilions from Turkey, Pakistan, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, U.S., India and Iran, along with individual exhibitors will participate in the international carpet hall while Chinese carpet exhibitors will fill three additional halls with a broad range of commercial, residential and area rug offerings.

Resilient flooring, including LVT, continues to be the show’s fastest growing category, while the show’s biggest product category, wood and laminate, will cover four halls and incorporate flooring technology exhibits.

Although the show is focusing on Asian made products, Western manufacturers such as Armstrong, Gerflor, Mapei, Amorim and Valinge Innovations, among others, have a presence.

The National Wood Flooring Association, the American Hardwood Export Counsel Council and the American Floorcovering Alliance will also have booths on the showroom floor.
