Dobbs Mills Names Curtis Vice President

Dalton, GA, Nov. 13, 2012 -- Veteran textile designer Susan Curtis has been named vice president of product and marketing development for Dobbs Mills.

Curtis will be responsible for both the Phenix and Looptex brands, two residential broadloom carpet lines that are sold in specialty retail and home center channels, respectively, throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Curtis was previously at The Mohawk Group, where she served as senior director of color and design. Before joining Mohawk, she supervised product development for Invista and held the positions of creative director at Atlas Carpet Mills and director of product development at Bentley Carpet Mills.
