Corporate Floors Acquires Wilson Flooring

Grapevine, TX, Oct. 8, 2012 -- Commercial contractor Corporate Floors Inc. said it has purchased the business operations of Wilson Flooring Solutions, effective October 5.

Wilson Flooring Solutions, a division of Wilson Office Interiors, specializes in providing flooring products and services to the healthcare, commercial and hospitality market segments.

Led by Beau Gajdica and Ashley Gibson, both 20-year veterans of the flooring industry, the WFS team also specializes in large scale Portland-based leveling and moisture mitigation systems.
 
"It was critical when we decided to focus solely on our office furniture business, that we find a valued partner that we could sell the flooring business to and we are very confident that Corporate Floors is that partner,"said Bob Blomstrom, vice president of Wilson Office Interiors.
