Kennesaw, GA, Jan. 17, 2013 -- A new Carpet One product has been named in honor of industry veteran Mack Hale, who died last March.
The style, called Hale's Cabin, is named for the former director of major accounts for Invista. He was in the floorcovering industry for 40 years.
Earlier this month at the Carpet One Floor & Home winter convention, Carpet One offered the Stainmaster product to its members.
According to Chris Gaglio, director of merchandising at Carpet One, the name came from the fact that Hale loved to entertain at his Blue Ridge, Ga. cabin. The product is manufactured by Dixie Home
