Bona Issues Alert About Dust Containment Trailer

Aurora, CO, Feb. 28, 2014 -- Hardwood floor care firm Bona US has issued a voluntary safety alert of its Bona Atomic Dust Containment System (DCS) unit mounted in a trailer used to sand and refinish hardwood floors.

The company said that all owners of the Bona Atomic DCS Trailer should stop use of the trailer unless until it has been modified according to Bona’s instruction.

Bona said that in very rare circumstances, the floor in the front of the trailer next to the motor can heat the trailer and cause a fire hazard.

Bona is offering a free retro-fit kit that when installed, will prevent the hazard.
