Bona AB, Kunzle & Tasin, Form Partnership

Stockholm, Sweden, June 4, 2013 -- Bona AB, the maker of products for hardwood floors, and Kunzle & Tasin S.r.l., the manufacturer of sanding machines, have entered into a strategic partnership.

Kunzle will produce both KT and Bona branded sanding machines and Bona will sell them through its global sales organization.

Bona will close its sanding machine production facility and transfer it to Kunzle.
