Testing Shows StonePeak Technology Cleans Air

Chicago, IL, Sept. 29, 2010--StonePeak Ceramics said that independent testing has shown that 1,000 square meters of its Extra White Active tile can remove as much nitrogen oxide from the air as 20 mature trees.

Tile Council of North America tested the tile, which incorporates a technology called Active Clean Air and Antibacterial Ceramic that the firm introduced late last year.

The company is using the technology in many of its collections.
