Interior Specialists CEO Ken Treaster Dies

San Clemente, CA, Jan. 15, 2013 -- Ken Treaster, president and CEO of Interior Specialists in Orange County, California, died recently.

The Michigan native spent his entire career in the floorcovering industry after graduating from Eastern Michigan University.

He began his career at Evans Black Carpets and later moved to Philadelphia Carpets, which became part of Shaw Industries. He was a former vice president of Shaw's Tuftex division. Through Tuftex he got to know Interior Specialists, where he eventually became a partner.
