Faus Expands Sales, Tech Teams

Calhoun, GA – Faus Group, Inc., announced today they are continuing to expand and reorganize their Fausfloor sales and technical teams. The Fausfloor sales team, under the direction of Katie McGrady-Allman, national sales director, consists of: Richard Gibson – NE regional sales mgr. and Canada Greg Landry – SE regional sales mgr. and National Accounts Levi McKinnis – South Central regional sales mgr. Christ Gilbert – Western regional sales mgr. Marc Anzalone – Midwest regional sales mgr. Gibson’s 26 years of experience in the industry began with Color Tile in several managerial capacities. In addition, he worked with Pergo, LD Brinkman and, most recently, Edge Flooring, as Northeast regional manager. Landry has more than 20 years experience in management, including previous positions as regional manager, general manager and operations management. Prior to joining Faus, he was with Edge Flooring as regional manager for the Southern United States and with Flooring America as a regional manager. McKinnis has previously managed a variety of teams that have been responsible for executing retail merchandising and sales strategies. Before accepting the position as regional sales manager, he was a regional technical manager for Faus. Prior to joining Faus, he worked as a regional sales manager with Tile Perfect and as a district manager with Pro Marketing Inc. Gilbert has more than 15 years in sales, including experience in new account development, pre-sales strategies, lead development and problem solving. Prior to joining Faus, he held sales management positions with Alloc, Armstrong and Pameco Corp. Previously, Anzalone held account management positions with Milliken & Company and Coca-Cola Enterprises. In that capacity, he implemented and developed distributor programs and provided Marketing support to distributors and key retailers. Over the last 20 years, he has been nominated for and received numerous awards for sales and leadership. “We are in the process of developing a strong network of regional sales managers to support the growth strategy associated with the North American launch of our Fausfloor laminate program,” said McGrady-Allman. “These regional sales managers possess considerable market experience. They will spear-head our field-based effort by working closely with our distributor partners’ management and sales teams, as well as focusing on driving sales with key retailers and their sales associates.” The Fausfloor technical team, under the direction of Stan McMackins, national technical director, consists of: Dylan Bolt – East Coast regional technical mgr. Chris Helmick – central regional technical mgr. Rich Koenig – West Coast regional technical mgr. Prior to joining Faus, Koenig was with Armstrong Wood Products in account management and with The Home Depot, as a flooring department manager. He brings to Faus more than six years experience working with installation and technical support. With more than six years in the management side of the flooring industry, Helmick was previously employed with Hoboken Floors and Armstrong Wood Products, both based out of Dallas, Texas. Bolt was most recently employed by Para-Chem Parabond Adhesive as their installation specialist. He has more than 10 years of experience in the flooring and installation industry, both commercial and residential. His various responsibilities include on-site installations and repairs, claims assistance and technical training. The three regional technical managers are assisted by a staff of district trainers including Wayne Hodges of Chattanooga, TN; Don Sgroi of New Jersey; Mike Anderson of Dallas; Mike MacLean of Arizona, and Harry Wray of Los Angeles. “This technical team is experienced, energetic and ready to handle any situation that arises. The Certified Master Craftsman course offered to installers is the most comprehensive state-of-the-art training in the laminate flooring industry in North America.,” McMackins said.
