Engineered Floors Finalizes Purchase of Beaulieu Assets

Dalton, GA, November 9, 2017-Engineered Floors finalized the asset purchase of Beaulieu of America on November 4.

On the commercial side of the business, Engineered Floors plans to operate Bolyu/Aqua as a separate division, much as it does with its prior acquisition of J+J Flooring Group.

Brad Root, a 26-year commercial sales leader veteran, was selected as the commercial leader for the Bolyu/Aqua brands. As senior vice president-sales and marketing, Root will work with David Jolly to develop, rebuild, and grow Bolyu Contract and Aqua Hospitality as key components to Engineered Floors’ commercial flooring growth strategy.
