Agrowing trend in the office environment is the adoption of a more residential aesthetic. This blending of commercial and residential styles, casually known as “resimercial,” has introduced corporate designers to a broader range of products that has traditionally been saved for the residential or hospitality markets. Not only have many manufacturers stepped up to provide the durability that is required for commercial use, but companies on the other side of the line have also leaned toward a more residential aesthetic with some of their product offerings. This popular style blend can be seen throughout the flooring industry.
