Salt Lake City, UT, Sept. 11, 2008-Bridgewater Inc. has acquired Groom Industries, a manufacturer of carpet and upholstery grooming tools.
Groom products include the Grandi, Handi and Whiz grooming rakes and brushes.
Groom Industries’ operations will be fully integrated into Bridgewater’s cleaning and restoration companies, which include Bridgepoint Systems Chemicals, Hydroforce Manufacturing, TES high speed structural drying systems, CRW Supply, Interlink Supply, and Interlink Financial Services.
Frank Beach, president of Groom Industries will remain with the company.
