Pfleiderer Looking To Sell Assets To Cut Debt

Neumarkt, Germany, Sept. 2, 2010--Pfleiderer intends to sell assets to cut its net debt, according to EUWID Wood Products and Panels.

The report said Pfleiderer is involved in talks that should close this year if all goes well and the transactions should yield $64 million to $128 million.
