Teragren Offers First FloorScore Bamboo

Bainbridge Island, WA, July 21, 2009--Bamboo manufacturer Teragren said that select bamboo flooring lines now qualify for FloorScore certification through Scientific Certification Systems.

FloorScore tests products for indoor air emissions, guaranteeing that certified products contribute to a healthier and safer indoor environment.

Teragren said it is the first and only company to offer FloorScore-certified bamboo flooring.

Teragren’s new certification applies to products featured within the company’s most popular lines of bamboo flooring, including Synergy Strand Solid-Strip and Synergy Wide-plank Bamboo floating floor; Traditional Bamboo Flooring; Unfinished Bamboo Flooring manufactured using Teragren’s adhesive; and matching Bamboo Stair Components and Bamboo Flooring Accessories.
