Two Mohawk Properties To Hit Auction Block

Olean, NY, Sept. 9, 2014 -- Two Mohawk properties in Olean are scheduled to be auctioned off Oct. 4, according to a story by The Bradford Era.

The former Dal-Tile plant and a vacant 10.5-acre field were put on the market 15 months as one listing.
 
There is no base price for each property at the auction and both will be sold to the highest bidder.

Tile production at the plant stopped in December of 2012.
