Shaw Taps Katie Ford as Hard Surfaces Marketing Director

Dalton, GA, December 11, 2015—Industry veteran Katie Ford recently joined Shaw Floors as the company’s new hard surfaces marketing director.

Having grown up in a family-owned floorcovering retail business, Ford has been linked to the flooring industry virtually her entire life and now brings that unique point of view and an impressive experience level to Shaw.

She will be directly responsible for developing innovative marketing solutions for all hard surfaces product categories.

Prior to joining Shaw, Ford served at Beaulieu of America in various sales and leadership positions, including her most recent post of leader of sales training at the corporate headquarters in Dalton, Georgia. Additionally, Ford spent several years at Mohawk Flooring working as a west coast territory manager in the company’s builder division.

Ford is based in Shaw’s Dalton company headquarters.
