Miami, FL, June 26, 2014 -- Lennar, the second-largest homebuilder, said second quarter revenues rose 28% although net income was flat.
The builder said revenue rose to $1.82 billion from $1.43 billion a year earlier.
Net income was $137.7 million, or $0.61 per share.
The company sold 4,987 homes, an increase of 12%.
Orders rose to 6,183 houses.
