QEP Names Maertl Chief Operating Officer

Boca Raton, FL, Feb. 19, 2013 -- Herbert Maertl has been promoted from senior vice president of the global supply chain to chief operating officer at  Q.E.P. Co.

Maertl will run and supervise manufacturing and distribution facilities throughout North America.

Q.E.P. makes hardwood flooring, flooring installation tools, adhesives and flooring related products for professional installers do-it-yourselfers.
