Nicki Rayburn Tapped as Director of PR & Communications for Shaw

Dalton, GA, December 16, 2015—Shaw Industries has named Nicki Rayburn as its new director of public relations and communications.

Rayburn brings 15 years of marketing experience, over eight of which were spent in the flooring industry, to the company. She will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic consumer public relations campaigns, cause marketing initiatives as well as serving as the primary trade media liaison for Shaw’s residential business.

Before joining Shaw, Rayburn most recently served as director of marketing for Oriental Weavers and prior to that as the director of public relations for Mohawk Flooring, where she was responsible for all residential and commercial PR initiatives involving the Mohawk, Karastan and Durkan brands.

Rayburn will be located in the company’s Dalton, Georgia headquarters.
