Merger of Engineered Floors & J+J Flooring Group Complete

Dalton, GA, April 1, 2016—Engineered Floors, LLC has announced that the merger with J+J Flooring Group has been completed.

Prior to the acquisition, Engineered Floors was the fourth largest domestic carpet mill, according to Floor Focus estimates, and JJ Flooring Group was the seventh largest contract commercial carpet mill.
