Lisa Tucker Named Educator of the Year by IIDA

Chicago, IL, May 18, 2016—The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) proudly announces Lisa Tucker, Ph.D., IIDA, FIDEC, AIA, ASID, LEED AP BD+C, as the 2016 IIDA Educator of the Year.

Tucker is currently an Associate Professor and the Interior Design Program Chair at Virginia Tech.

The IIDA Educator of the Year Award recognizes and celebrates the outstanding accomplishments and commitment to interior design education by a full-time educator. Tucker will receive $10,000, sponsored by Milliken, and a complementary 2017 IIDA membership.
