Karastan's Myanmar Aquamarine Receives America's Magnificent Carpet Award

Sugar Valley, GA, January 20, 2016—Myanmar Aquamarine from Karastan’s Spice Market Collection received the 2016 America’s Magnificent Carpet Award in the machine made category at the Atlanta International Rug Market.

Winners were chosen by an independent panel and announced at a gala event, the centerpiece of the Atlanta Rug Market, on January 15 at the Westin Peachtree Plaza in downtown Atlanta. The award honors rug designs in five categories: hand hooked/hand tufted, hand knotted/flat weave, machine made, outdoor and licensee.
