Julius Shaw Will Retire from Shaw Industries, Bob Hardaway Stepping In

Dalton, GA, November 19, 2015—Julius Shaw will retire from Shaw Industries at the end of 2015, following 40 years of service with the company.

For the last 14 years, Shaw managed and developed the company’s business with the home centers and larger mass merchants, building a team dedicated to providing ‘best in class’ customer service.

Bob Hardaway has been named vice president, home center sales & marketing and will fill Julius’ leadership role. Hardaway began his career at Shaw as a trainee from Clemson University in 1985 and has served in numerous sales and leadership roles over the past three decades.
