Initial Jobless Claims Fall Last Week

Washington, DC, Nov. 8, 2012 -- Initial claims for unemployment benefits fell last week by 8,000 to a seasonally adjusted 355,000, according to the Labor Department.

The storm could affect weekly applications for up to four weeks, the department said.
