IICRC Buys Property for New Resource Center

Las Vegas, NV, —July 17, 2013 --— The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) said it has purchased a former bank property in Las Vegas that will serve as its new Global Resource Center.

Located between the Las Vegas strip and McCarran International Airport, the facility is outfitted for a number of potential uses, including meetings, conferences, video production, laboratory space, storage and documenting the history of the industry with a library or museum.

The space could be used as administrative services, supplies and inventory, training and meeting space and other alternatives.”

The property has approximately 2,500 square feet of warehouse space and 17,500 square feet of office space.
