Ginger Gilbert Named Director of Product - Kinetex at J+J Flooring Group

Dalton, GA, June 8, 2016–Ginger Gilbert has been named J+J Flooring Group’s new director of product – Kinetex.

This is a newly created position designed to accelerate the Kinetex brand through new product offerings, enhanced design and greater innovation.

Gilbert, who was most recently the creative director for product marketing and branding for J+J Flooring Group, will be responsible for all design and development efforts. She will report to Tom Pendley, corporate vice president of finance & innovation and work closely with the Kinetex’s manufacturing and research and design teams.

Gilbert joined J+J Flooring Group in 2013 as director of business development – corporate, retail & hospitality. Prior to J+J, she was the global creative director – commercial for Tai Ping Carpets. Her flooring covering industry experience began at Mannington Commercial as a colourist specialist. She later worked at Shaw Contract Group as a design manager in the healthcare/education/government division. Gilbert brings a decade of experience as an interior designer working with architectural firms including Taylor + Associates and FKP Inc.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Gilbert resides in North Georgia.
