German Firm Develops Cheaper LVT Process

Hannover, Germany, April 25, 2014 -- Extrusion company KraussMaffei Berstorff has reportedly developed a lower-cost process to make LVT, according to Plastics News.

LVT is typically made in a multistage process, while the new method uses a single cycle and only heats the material one time.
