Forrest Becomes Sole Owner of ForrestPerkins

Washington, DC, Aug. 22, 2012 -- Deborah Lloyd Forrest has become the sole owner and president of architecture and design firm ForrestPerkins.

The company said that Forrest bought out co-owner and co-founder Stephen Perkins. The two founded the firm 14 years ago.

The firm has offices in Dallas, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.

Perkins will remain with the firm through January 2013 to focus on business development, early phase design development and client relations.
