Baar, Switzerland, July 2, 2012 -- Forbo has decided not to sell the remaining part of its adhesives business after talks with potential buyers ended.
The firm has already its industrial adhesives business to H.B. Fuller.
Forbo said it now plans to keep its construction-adhesives segment within its flooring group.
Forbo’s construction adhesives unit sells primarily into the Benelux region, Germany, Russia, and eastern Europe and its manufacturing facilities are in the Netherlands, Germany, and Russia.
Forbo said it could offer other kinds of flooring related equipment and accessories.
