FCICA Names First International Candidate to Earn CIM Designation

West Bloomfield, MI, December 22, 2015—FCICA, the Flooring Contractors Association, is pleased to announce the first international CIM candidate to receive the Certified Installation Manager (CIM) designation.

Benjamin Ablao from Inter Décor Furnishing, LLC in Dubai, completed all of the learning modules and assessments in the CIM program to become the first international Certified Installation Manager.

Also achieving CIM certification status in 2015 were: James Bissler of Texan Floor Service, Jonathan Clinger of Interface Services, Amy Johnston of Flooring Services, Patrick Kaiser of Lippert Tile Co., Rio Marcantonio of Fazio Floors, Mike Newberry of Inside Edge Commercial Interior Services, Doug Price of Whitt Carpet & Tile Service, Bruce Reeve of Flooring Services, Scott Spencer of One Source Commercial Flooring, and Jesse Tranel of Dalton Carpet One.

The CIM program is an online certification program specifically developed for and available to all who want to obtain the knowledge necessary to become a Certified Installation Manager and learn the important skills required of that position, regardless of their affiliations.
