FCICA Announces Winners of 1st Bruce Newbrough CIM Scholarship

West Bloomfield, MI, January 12, 2016—FCICA, the Flooring Contractors Association, in cooperation with ARDEX America’s and Nora Systems, is pleased to announce the winners of the first Bruce Newbrough Memorial Certified Installation Manager (CIM) Program Scholarship.

Rich Harter installation supervisor from St. Paul Linoleum and Carpet Co; Robert Lucio, tile superintendent from Walter Daniels Construction; Stephen Ruggeri, owner of Steve’s Carpets; and Ernie Nogales, installation manager at Big Bobs Flooring Outlet, were awarded the inaugural Bruce Newbrough Memorial Scholarship for the Certified Installation Manager (CIM) Program.

As winners of this scholarship, each recipient will receive a fully paid tuition in the CIM Program complements of ARDEX and nora systems.

The Bruce Newbrough Memorial Scholarship was established to provide educational opportunities to floor covering Installation Managers who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to and excellence in proper substrate preparation and installation of floorcovering.
