FCICA Announces First Certified Installation Manager

West Bloomfield, MI, August 7, 2015—The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) has announced the first Certified Installation Manager to receive their designation from the Certified Installation Manager (CIM) Program, Amy Johnston of Flooring Services, Inc. in Livonia, Michigan.

Johnston completed all of the learning modules and assessments in the Certified Installation Manager (CIM) Program to become the first Certified Installation Manager.

The CIM program is an online certification program specifically developed for and available to all who want to obtain the knowledge necessary to become a Certified Installation Manager and learn the important skills required of that position, regardless of their affiliations.
