Durkan's Modesto Wins Top Award in IIDA/HD Product Design Competition

Las Vegas, NV, May 14, 2015—Durkan was awarded the top product design award in the carpeting/carpet systems/rugs category for its Modesto collection at the 2015 Hospitality and Design Expo and Conference. 

Modesto is a two-part collection of products—Modesto for Rooms and Modesto for Public Spaces—which are created using two different types of manufacturing techniques. The Modesto Collection coordinates with Mohawk Group hard surfaces and Daltile’s ceramic offerings. 

The IIDA/HD Annual Product Design Competition honors innovation, function and aesthetic advancements in the hospitality industry.
