Distributors Gilford Flooring & Johnson Wholesale Floors Merge

Jeffersonville, IN and Atlanta, GA, January 11, 2016—Gilford Flooring, LLC and Johnson Wholesale Floors, Inc. have announced their merger resulting in the creation of Gilford-Johnson Flooring.

Gilford Flooring and Johnson Wholesale Floors are leading, regional business-to-business residential, commercial and architectural flooring wholesale distributors.

Blue Equity, LLC, the majority shareholder of Gilford, identified the potential synergies and led the transaction to merge the two companies.

Gilford Flooring is based in Jeffersonville, Indiana, with distribution throughout Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and parts of Tennessee. Partnered with the leading brands of hardwood, laminate, ceramic and resilient flooring, Gilford Flooring offers a full range of flooring options.
