Dalton Carpet One Floor & Home, an independently-owned shop in Athens, Georgia, won a $5,000 check, a trophy, acknowledgement on the WFCA website and a customized WFCA seal for its store entrance.

Companies are judged on knowledge, customer service, quality of the store image, and adherence to the WFCA Code of Conduct.
